Dear friends! The work of our organization Expo & Women continues within the framework of the project “Involvement of civil society institutions in the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Kazakhstan,” implemented with the grant support of the Civil Initiatives Support Center of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of Kazakhstan. Together, this collective work, which brought together a large number of international coaches, scientific experts, professional psychologists, heads of state institutions and NGOs. They are speakers, moderators, consultants at our online seminars.

Do not accept for modesty, however, with such a composition of professionals, despite the online mode, seminars are held lively, interestingly, cognitively.

I would like to note the seminar held on July 22 in the Kazakh language. For the seminar, an interesting composition of speakers was selected – N.S. Gazizov, candidate of pedagogical sciences of the Department of Law at Shakarim University in Semey; R.K. Zholaev – Head of the Education Department of Turkestan Region, A.T. Zhakipova – public figure, business coach, Chairman of the public association of Parents Association in Turkestan Region, K.Smailova – Director of Al Farabi School-Lyceum, Chairman of the Council of Mothers of North Kazakhstan Region.

The seminar was very lively, moderated by Yerzhan Myrzabayev, a professional family psychologist. The principle of Yerzhan’s work is “Everyone has the right to be happy in the family! Often, people simply do not know how to achieve this. ” For 13 years, E. Myrzabayev worked in the education system from an educator to the director of an elite boarding school. At school, he advised parents and held seminars on the impact of parental relationships on the upbringing of the child. He graduated from the master’s degree in Teacher-Psychologist in 2012 in Pavlodar.

It works in the following areas: coaching, personal-centered therapy, behavioral psychotherapy, positive psychotherapy, psychoanalysis (classical), systemic family therapy, systemic arrangements. Yerzhan Myrzabayev in 2018 took courses of 1-2 levels of the Gottman Institute for the Study of Family Relations in Houston (USA). He worked as the coordinator of the project on Kazakhstan of the UN Development Program “Strengthening local communities and regional cooperation in order to prevent violent extremism,” this year received a grant from the US Peace Institute.
