Turdygul Dzhanisbayeva graduated from Kazakh Humanities and Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan with honors, specialization “jurisprudence”. She studied her PhD program (2006-2008) and honored her master’s degree on “jurisprudence” (2007- 2009). In 2015 successfully finished her PhD doctorate degree on “International  law”. From 2015 she is a listener of MBA program. She has more than twenty national and international publishing.

After graduating from the university along with scientific research in administrative and international law area, she has been teaching as well. In period between 2010 and 2012 she held the position of Deputy Vice-Rector in Kazakh Humanities and Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

She got her invaluable experience in legislative activities by working as a public assistant of deputy in the Senate of  the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A. B. Sariyevna and participation in working groups on the development on normative legal acts, in particular Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offence in new edition.

As a person that is so eager to conquer new achievements, while being a student in college in a period between 1999 and 2001 she started to do a private enterprise. In 2004 she opened a small company and provided services to improve qualifications and language courses. In 2013 together with her ally, bought a law firm and started her own business on providing with law services and organization of business seminars.

In August 2015 assigned on a position of Chairman and Chief Executive of the Social Partnership Committee in International Organization “EXPO&WOMEN”.
